Return Shipping:

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 (seven) days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to check availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery to report the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds for returned items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will be issued at our discretion.

  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
